How is your price calculated?
- Floor area
- We consider the floor area in square metres and the number of bathrooms. A bathroom takes longer to clean than a bedroom of the same size.
- Cleaning frequency
- A property cleaned every week generally takes less time per visit than one cleaned once a month. Your quote reflects this.
- Initial condition
- The first clean may take longer than subsequent visits. If so, this is clearly stated in your quote.
- Time of the visit
- For businesses, the time of the visit also matters: early morning, evening or weekends. Available times: Cleaning visits available around the clock, including evenings and weekends, by appointment and subject to availability.

- A named contact for your cleaning service
- Cover if your regular cleaner is absent
- Quality check after each visit
Terms
- Minimum booking
- One-off cleaning is available without a 20-hour minimum for both homes and businesses. The 20-hour threshold applies only to the welcome offer.
- Payment methods
- Bank transfer. The payment deadline and any deposit are specified in the quote.
- Rescheduling and cancellation

- How prices are displayed
- Individual quotes based on the service. VAT-inclusive home cleaning prices are awaiting confirmation before publication.
