Data collected

Specific quote form: type of accommodation, surface area, service, frequency, desired date, name, email address, telephone number, municipality.

Company quote form: type of premises, surface area, number of sites, frequency, slots, start date, name, function, company, professional email address, telephone and, if you indicate, VAT number.

We are not asking for any sensitive data or specific addresses at this stage.

Along with your request, we record the page you sent it from and where the visit came from (original site, campaign settings in the address), to know which ads are working.

Purposes and legal basis

We use this data to prepare your quote and call you back. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

They are neither sold, nor rented, nor used for prospecting without your consent.

Recipients

The requests are read by the Ecolux team. They pass through our technical service providers: the site host (To be confirmed with Ecolux) and the email routing service. These service providers act on our instructions.

Shelf life

Unanswered quote requests: To be confirmed with Ecolux

Customer data: for the duration of the contract, then according to applicable accounting and legal obligations.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, their rectification, their erasure, the limitation of processing or oppose it, by writing to info@ecoluxcleaning.lu.

You can submit a complaint to the National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD), 15, boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux — cnpd.public.lu.
