How does an cleaning visit take place?
After the last departure
The team never intervenes in an occupied room. The products remain in a closed cart, out of reach.
Clean, then disinfect
Two distinct gestures. We only disinfect what is already clean: first the detergent, then the disinfectant where it is needed.
Rinsing surfaces within reach of the mouth
Tables, changing tables, bed rails: anything a child can lick is rinsed with clean water.
Ventilation and cleaning record
The rooms are ventilated before closing. The day's sheet is left with management.

Daily life during opening periods, background during closures. We follow your schedule, not the other way around.

Do you intervene when the children are present?
No. The full clean takes place after closing. An extra lunchtime clean can be arranged in toilets and the dining room while children are elsewhere.
Are staff monitored?
The participants are employees and declared, and their identity is communicated to management before the first visit. The supporting documents required by your establishment are provided upon signature.
Do you disinfect toys?
On request. Depending on the material: soaking, wiping with disinfectant then rinsing, or machine washing for textiles. The frequency is fixed with the direction.
What happens in the event of an epidemic in the structure?
At your request, we can increase disinfection of contact points and toilets and add an extra visit if needed. Call us to arrange it for the following day.
