Our approach and products

Our approach and eco-friendly products

“Ecological”, everyone writes it on their site. Here's what's changing for us, product by product, and what we refuse to use in your home.

Care in every detail.
On every visit.

Five habits you won't give up

  1. Clean first. Disinfect where needed.

Detergent removes dirt. Disinfectant is used afterwards where required, particularly in bathrooms, kitchens and on contact points.

  2. Precisely measured, never guessed.

Twice too much product does not clean twice as well: it leaves a film that retains dust. Our products are dosed at the pump, according to the technical sheet.

  3. A cloth for the toilet, another for the kitchen.

A colour code separates sanitary facilities, kitchen and common surfaces. The microfibre cloths are washed after each location: nothing travels from one customer to another.

  4. No perfume.

Fragrance does not clean. We choose products without added fragrance to avoid leaving a strong scent in your rooms.

  5. We check, and we write it down.

Every visit ends with a check and a written record. Any task that could not be completed is noted.

They put the product in the air rather than on the surface.
Room fragrances
They add volatile compounds to indoor air to make it feel clean.
Disposable wipes
Reusable microfibre cloths do the job without throwing away a wipe each time.

What “ecological” does not mean

  • Not “without chemistry”. A detergent is a chemical product, whether eco-labeled or not. We choose less harmful ones and we use less of them.
  • Not “less effective”. The result depends on the gesture, the exposure time and the microfibre as much as the product.
  • Not “a vague promise”. The safety data sheets for each product are provided to you on request: To be confirmed with Ecolux

Frequently asked questions

All questions
Are your products certified?

The eco-labels carried by our products: To be confirmed with Ecolux

Does ecological cleaning really disinfect?

Yes, when necessary. Disinfection is a separate step, carried out after cleaning with a product whose contact time is respected. It is systematic in bathrooms, kitchens and at points of contact.

Can I request that you use my own products?

In individuals, yes. In business, we prefer our ranges, of which we know the dosages and safety data sheets; let's talk about it during the visit.

Someone has an allergy or asthma on our premises. What are you changing?

Tell the visitor. The absence of perfume already solves many situations; if necessary, we adapt the products and schedules so that the premises are ventilated before your return.

Tell us what needs to be cleaned.

Five questions, around two minutes. We will call you to discuss your needs. Callback timeframe: To be confirmed with Ecolux.
