You tour the accommodation with the person who will come. You say what matters to you; she notes what requires special attention.
A fixed day and slot
Always the same, so you can forget it. A change can be notified by telephone or message.
Whether you are there or not
You can entrust us with a set of keys. It is registered, attributed to a single person and bears no name or address.

We supply equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products without added synthetic fragrance. We assess each surface to choose a suitable product. We can use the customer’s professional equipment if agreed.

How often should we come?
We agree the time needed at your first meeting, taking account of the floor area, bathrooms and your priorities.

- The most comfortable for a family or accommodation with animals. The house never drifts.
- Every two weeks
- Sufficient for a couple or a single person who spends a little time between two visits.
- Minimum time per visit
- One-off cleaning is available without a 20-hour minimum for both homes and businesses. The 20-hour threshold applies only to the welcome offer.

All questionsIs it always the same person who comes?
Yes. This is the principle of regular cleaning: an assigned person, whom you meet before the first cleaning visit. During his leave, you choose between a replacement presented in advance or a postponement.
Can I leave you my keys?
Yes. The keys are registered, labeled with a code without name or address, and entrusted to a single person. The procedure is given to you in writing: Key, access code and entry arrangements are agreed with you during the site visit.
Are the products safe for my children and pets?

Do I have to be present during the cleaning?
No. You may be at work, telecommuting in a room, or on the go. Only the first meeting requires your presence.
Are these costs deductible from my taxes?
Please confirm any tax treatment of cleaning invoices with your accountant or adviser. We do not promise tax relief.
How much does it cost?
The rate is hourly and appears on the page Rates. The duration of each visit is fixed on the first visit, then only changes if you request it.
