Concretely, how does it work?
- We come to see
- Before quoting, we visit your premises to understand the surfaces, room use, access arrangements and suitable cleaning times.
- You receive a page
- A written plan sets out each task, the area and how often it is done.
- You know who's coming
- Your team's names are recorded in the contract. Access cards and codes are assigned to those people.
- You have a number
- You have a named contact with a direct number, someone who follows up on your feedback and checks the work.
- One invoice per month
- Your invoice shows the agreed package and the month's visits. Any approved extras appear separately at the agreed price.
- The papers are in order
- Staff are directly employed and declared. Insurance documentation is still to be supplied: To be confirmed with Ecolux

We also clean communal areas, entrance halls, stairwells and bin stores in residential buildings. One quote per building and one contact for your portfolio.

- Hours are counted per cleaner: two people working for five hours count as ten hours of work.
- One-off or regular cleaning
- No recurring contract is required. A one-off clean can qualify if at least 20 hours of work are booked.

Is your staff declared?
Yes. Our cleaners are registered employees. We do not subcontract without informing you.

Yes. Tell us how many sites you have when requesting a quote. Each site has its own cleaning plan, with one contact and one invoice for you.
